Similar to the special event at Bartlett, we will arrange for a fellowship dinner and training session at a hotel in the area the evening before. This meeting is required by the Prison Warden.

The Fellowship Event

Saturday, October 3, 2026

Join us for our second Hot Rods, Hot Dogs, Harleys, and Hope! This will be an outdoor event, but this time we’ll be under a pavilion.

The inmate band will lead worship, then we’ll have a couple of our guys give testimonies, Pastor Jamie Cheramie will preach the message, then we’ll split all the attendees into small discussion groups.

We will need more volunteers for this mission than
we had at Bartlett as there will only be one service, but we’re expecting more attendees than either service last time.

At about 11:00 we will serve the hot dogs and will probably wrap up by around 1:00.

Follow-up Event

Using our cards to collect information on the inmates who connect with Christ for the first time, recommit their lives to Christ, or desire baptism, Chaplain Koch will provide a date for us to follow-up with that group to share some discipleship materials and baptize. Tentative date for that is Saturday, 11/14. More information will be provided at a later date.
